CONSIGNMENT
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All consignors must sign a terms and conditions contract at their first appointment. All clothing must be in excellent condition. Clothing must be freshly dry cleaned or laundered and pressed before brought in for drop off. All items are subject to fees as necessary to maintain each items quality (e.g. dry cleaning, etc.) Items will be displayed in store for a 3 month period. Prices will be established at Twisted Consignments discretion and all items are subject to in-store sales/price reductions. Twisted consignment reserves the right to only accept items deemed suitable for our store and clients. Twisted consignment takes great pride in our safety measures to protect items in our store, however Twisted consignment is not responsible for any theft, damaged items or missing items. Consignors will receive 40% of selling price minus any possible fees incurred. Pay-outs take place within 7 days of the end of your contract. A $10 processing fee will be charged for early pickup of any items before end of contract date. We do not mail cheques or make other arrangements, pay-outs are cash only.
